As the tech lead for Cameras, Rigging, and Animation, I oversee operations of many tasks throughout the pipeline.  Responsibilities cover anything from camera exploration processes, to optimized animation practices.  A true generalist is needed in this position in order to not only execute the most difficult work, but also educate and assist those on the team.  Daily workload consists of animation, lighting, texturing, rendering, compositing, and FX utilizing Maya, Nuke, Photoshop, After Effects, and Houdini.

Responsible for lighting, rendering, and compositing high quality renders, as well as overseeing junior artists to ensure proper workflow is used and quality is maintained.  Daily workload consists of lighting, texturing, rendering, compositing, and occasional FX utilizing Maya and Nuke.

Responsible for fluid dynamics and simulations using both Maya and Realflow. Project data consisted of ocean dynamics, as well as custom melting and splash emission scripts.

Myself and others, under the direction of our VFX instructor, were responsible for a Mars-themed animatic that played in the background of the Orlando Philharmonic Concert.  Assets included a shattering satellite and a fully dynamic asteroid field that entered the planet's atmosphere and ultimately made impact on the surface.

A team of fellow students and I under the direction of our motion capture instructor, were responsible for the commercial transitions for ESPN's Winter X-Games.  Responsibilities included capturing and converting Motion Capture data, as well as tracking and compositing of CG elements atop live footage.
